Design Strategy – step one involves our design visionary gaining an understanding of what it is your business makes or does, or how you want visitors (to your home or business) to feel. This helps our design visionary contemplate how they might innovate in the space contextually, both immediately and over the long-term. Understanding your intention and your vision for your business or home, is of paramount importance to the design and (re-) development process.

Space Investigation and Location –We are able to help offer advice on the size building or premises required for your space right from the beginning; taking into consideration the short and/or long term growth goals of your company.  This will help hugely with the overwhelming task of searching the property market for fair and justifiable rental agreements as well as building size and what inclusions should and shouldn’t be reflected in your lease documentation. Once a site has been established or whether it is an already existing site, our designers will pay a visit to site to gain a better three-dimensional, spatial awareness of what it is they’re working with.

Inspiration – Concept and Interior design analysis. Our designers will sit down and develop a design concept for you based on their findings in steps one and two.

Documentation and Implementation – This involves: Architectural drawings, Cost Estimation and Budget analysis using rates from our tried and trusted suppliers in the industry. Also includes: Health and Safety, and Order Implementation.

Project Timelines, Deadlines and Progress Reports will be communicated to the client and to all involved.

Butterfly effect – Spectacular transformation of the space into the Vision. From any necessary demolition through to the final touch.

Post Completion – Designing a Photographic Shoot of the Space. Support in settling into your New Vision Space.
